Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined above.
